Conformity Monitoring Assistant

Your role
After clients are certified to use the quality marks issued by TÜV AUSTRIA, it is of key importance that these quality standards remain preserved. As a conformity monitoring assistant: you play a key role to ensure if this is the case. Using the certification schemes of TÜV AUSTRIA Belgium, you will be responsible for the conformity monitoring of OK biobased, OK biodegradable & OK compost certified products and materials. This means that you will verify that the materials are labeled according tot he original scheme thereby preventing misuse of the quality marks issued by TÜV AUSTRIA. You ensure that the certified products and materials are conform the OK biobased, OK biodegradable and OK compost certification schemes. As a Conformity Monitoring Assistant you will:
- Request samples from customers or third parties via phone or email.
- Register these samples in the TÜV AUSTRIA database.
- Carry out analysis on the samples and verify if these are conform the certified products.
- Report these findings in a comprehensive report.
- Follow up on non-conformities in close collaboration with your colleagues.
- Monitor the use of our conformity marks on the internet and social media.
Your profile
- A technical degree, -vocational or bachelor- having affinity with (bio)chemistry materials.
- Work accurate and have a profound eye for detail.
- Have a communication style that is clear, to the point and pro-active.
- Prossess an excellent command of English. Knowledge of Dutch/French is a plus.
- Are self- organized, able to set priorities independently and have well developed time management skills.
- Like to work in an environment with a pleasant working atmosphere and contribute actively in the creation of a positive and nice workplace.
