Key Responsibilities
- Governance and Best Practices: Develop and implement governance frameworks and best practices for AI development to ensure compliance, ethical standards, and quality assurance.
- AI Project Development: Lead and contribute to data-driven AI projects, applying advanced machine learning techniques to solve complex problems for our customers.
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of large datasets, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and drive continuous improvement in technologies and methodologies.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present project findings, and provide technical expertise and support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI development, data engineering, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java; experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch); and strong understanding of data management and analysis tools.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
