The Spanish State Tax Administration Agency (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria) has awarded TÜV AUSTRIA Iberia with the external audit and certification of the integrated quality management system and environmental management system according to ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management), respectively, for the activities of the printing and inserting center.
The work awarded includes the performance of external audits for the renewal of the certificates in 2023 and the maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates for the years 2024 and 2025, which are implemented at the printing and inserting center.
The term of the contract is 27 months from April 1, 2023.
The scope of the certificate refers to the processing of files, the printing and inserting of letters to be sent by mail and the scanning of returns, which are carried out in the printing and inserting center of the Tax Agency.
TÜV AUSTRIA IBERIA undertakes with great commitment the execution of this mission in a reference institution of the Spanish State such as the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT).
